In-Office Dental Savings Plan

We designed this In-Office Dental Savings Plan for those who don't have dental insurance but still need access to quality dental care. You can save hundreds off your annual dental expenses!

With Your Plan There Are:

• Free consultations
• No deductibles
• No waiting periods
• No claim forms
• No pre-existing condition limitations

Program Guidelines:

• The Plan cannot be used in conjuction with another dental plan
• No refunds if you do not utilize Plan
• Plans are non-refundable
• Patient's portion of bill is due on day of service

CareCredit
Conner Dental Associates works hand-in-hand with CareCredit Patient Payment Plans. CareCredit offers special financing options to patients at a reasonable rate through use of a CareCredit credit card. This credit card allows you to make easy monthly payments for dental treatments, rather than delaying treatment for financial reasons. Please contact our office for more details. Insurance
You may be able to use your own dental insurance if you have a policy that allows you to choose your own dentist. If this is the case, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company. We also work with Medicaid.
